I am not going to post 10 "before" and "after" pictures, because I do not have them. I am not going to tell you that you will get ripped within 3 weeks, because you will not. But I will tell you that this staff works. It works for me and it will work for you as well. I work out only twice a week because I work and go to school full time, so I do not have time to do more than that. I am also "recovering" from being overweight a few years ago.  I used to be in combat sports when I was a teen, tough sport. Then life happened, work, school, girlfriend, accident, pills and boom - extra 50-60 pounds of fat, 6 months in bed and a partial muscle dystrophy. It has been back in shape journey during the last 4-5 years so I tried many things and can tell the difference. Without any steroids, without eating extra protein, just by eating normal protein-rich food, with this supplement I changed my body shape within less than 8 month. Claims based on my personal experience:

1. Works like nothing else worked for me without much strain on my health.

2. Increased in performance - about 30% in 4 months. I went from regular 155-175 bench press to about 200-235 pounds as a regular workout. Not much? Well, it did increase my performance within 5 months and I will keep working out. Also, I am really lazy and work out just to keep myself in shape, so this increase in performance was quite a surprise.

3. I gained 18 pounds of MUSCLE mass within 5 months AND lost a chunk of fat mass.

4. I can work out twice longer. The only thing is to ensure that I eat good regular meals. No extra protein or anything like that.

5. I take only one tablet every morning, but it is ok to take 1-2, so your results maybe will be better.

6. This staff works, period. I am not the only one taking it, I have a few more muscled up buddies who take it and like the results.

Side-effects - none. Except, if you have really high stomach acidity - you might want to take fewer pills, because acidity may somewhat increase as a result of taking these pills. You probably know whether you have it or not.You might take it on a schedule then. Say - 2 weeks and then 2 weeks nothing.
